5. Ensuring no Child Labor and Forced Labor

Child labor and forced labor is prohibit not by ourselves but also the Chinese Labor Law. Every worker information is verfied to avoide child labor even they are willing to work. Workers have fluent breaking time for water, toilet and lunch. Sick leave with pay is a common benif for workers. Annual leave even in the Chinese Spring Festival is up to 20 days normally. And workers are freely to leave or change their employers at anytime without penalties when following contract request.
