Less Chemical, More GREEN

We realized many chemicals used in modern industries are harmful to human bodies. So we make requirements on the production prohibit those chemicals to be used. In this way we make more green products and fit more to the original concept of hemp.

What is not allowed to be used in our products.

  • Authorisation substances according to EU REACH Annex XIV
  • Biocides of all kinds
  • Cadmium and its compounds
  • CMR substances category 1A or 1B(Carcinogens, Mutagens and Reprotoxins)
  • Fragrances
  • Hazardous waste in recycled materials
  • Lead and its componds
  • Other SVHC(Substances of Very High Concern)
  • PBT-Substances(Persistent, Bioacumlating and Toxic substances) and vPvB (very Persistent very Bioaccumulating substances)
  • Organotin componds
  • Pentachlorophenol (PCP) including salts and esters of PCP
  • Alkylphenolethoxy-lates (APEO)
  • Azodyes capable of releasing carcinogenic Arylamines(in dyed printed or otherwise colored materials(Appendix A)
  • Chlorinated aromatic dye carriers /levelling agents used for polyester and polyester-containning blends
  • Chlorine bleaching agents(e.g.sodium hypochlorite, sodium chlorite) used for any material containing natural fibres) ?? hemp
  • Dimethyl formamide (CAS. no 68-12-2 ) in polyurethane- containing textiles including coatings
  • Dyestuffs classified as carcinogenic or allergenic in dyed, printed or otherwise coloured materials.
  • Flame retardants
  • Formaldehyde
  • Lindane
  • Optical brightening agents(OB)
  • Organic solvents in printing pastes
  • Organotin compounds
  • Pentachlorophenol (PCP), Tetrachlorophenol (TeCP) and Trichlorophenol (TriCP) including their salts and esters
  • Perfluorinated compounds  PFOA/PFOS/PFOSA
  • Other perfluorinated or partially perfluorinated organic compounds in materials treated for oil, water and/or stain repellancy
  • All requirements also apply to any salt or derivate of the respective compounds
  • Phthalates
  • Polyvinylchloride(PVC)
  • Primary aromatic amines
